Do Your Products Have a Warranty?

Yes, all of our products have a 2 year (limited) warranty.

What Is The Lead Time?

3-5 weeks

What Are The Freight Terms?

Damage while shipping will need to be claimed to the shipping carrier.

Is Freight Allowed?

Yes, Freight is allowed.

If so, what amount? –  It varies on the product. Anything that needs to go on a pallet will need to go on freight.

Of NET or Sell price? – NET Price

What Are Your Payment Terms?

100% due on purchase for orders under $5k. For orders over $5K, 50% due at purchase and 50% due before shipment.

Do You Have a Minimum Order Amount?

Yes, our minimum order amount is $1,000 [with exceptions].

What is Your Cancellation/Return Policy?

Orders cannot be canceled once we start production or receive a purchase order. However, small minor changes can be permitted.

Do you also have an official document with your Full Sales Terms and Conditions?

It is mentioned on every formal quote and order.

What is the Quotation Protocol (by rep w/pricelist or by factory per request)?

We recommend using the pricelist. Any standard product should be quoted directly from the price chart. Custom products or variations quotation request can be made to the factory.

What is the Lead Time on a Custom Quote?

1-2 days. If R&D is required, then the time may be longer.

What kind of acknowledgement will I receive for purchase orders?

We send invoice & packing list once we receive the purchase order.

Do sales orders include estimated ship dates?

Sales order (work order) & packing list mentions the estimated ship date.

Do you provide tracking information?

Tracking info is provided once the order ships.

When will I receive final invoices?

Final invoice will be sent to the client once we receive the full payment.


Can I get samples? Are they free? If not, what is the cost?


Our terms for agency samples are as follows:

Fräsch Regular Product Sample: Free
Custom Sample:  Charged at a discounted rate

Our terms for project samples are as follows: 

Submittal Approval: We can send a mockup when Fräsch was specified & the project has been awarded at no cost.
