Frasch’s Linyfelt in Pewter was selected to enhance the lobby of the Sophie Maxwell Building, which opened in November 2025. Located within the Power Station mixed-use development in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood, the project features 105 affordable workforce housing units with ground-floor retail and community amenities. The Linyfelt installation brings warmth, texture, and acoustic performance to the welcoming lobby, complementing the building's modern design while creating a comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike.
